Low risk treatments for SARS-COV2

Updated: Jul 10, 2021

There are currently no known effective treatments for Covid19, so far we only have retrospective studies and clinical trials such as Plaquenil also known as hydroxycholoroquine, Invermectin, Remdesivir, which is now approved as clinical trial within the hospitals, Convalescent plasma, Vitamin C IV, Dexamethasone, ASAS, Heparin, Lovenox, Dypiridamole and I'm sure you all have heard of the MATH protocol in India and other Asian countries.

Low risk retrospective studies have been done on Melatonin, Zinc Sulafate, NAC and Vitamin C IV. There are also herbal remedies that are anti-viral such as Artemisia Annua. Bromelain an enzyme that reduces the formation of blood clots, causes thrombus breakdown and is anti platelet sounds promising. Simple home modalities such as Infrared, steam or dry saunas, Hydrotherapy, Hand-washing and Hygiene, hand sanitizers and the use of masks are very easy to do.

What I particularly recommend and is also something i use for me and my family is Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Quercetin, NAC, Isoflavonoids, Sleep, Plant based Diet and Good hygiene.

Below you will find a link to to these supplements:

Zinc Sulfate in a glycerin form take 2 dropperfuls daily, hold it for about a minute then swallow. https://vimergy.com/products/organic-zinc

Quercetin 500mg twice a day, it has a zinc ionophore which shuts down the replication of the virus. Also found in capers and onions. Is being more studied in Canada for the use of covid19. https://www.pure-essentials.com/products/ultra-quercetin-plus-90-tabs?_pos=2&_sid=a60fd6545&_ss=r

NAC (N-Acetylcysteine) 600mg twice a day for six months, it shortens the influenza virus, is the precursor to glutathione, which is an antioxidant that helps the liver get rid of toxins and it breaks down the D-sulfide bonds to help reduce the production of clots. Artemisia Annua 3 capsules daily for prevention of a viral infection and 9 capsules daily for symptoms present for one full week.

Bromelain 1 capsule three times a day. You can obtain my brand of choice at B&A Lifestyle Center at 212-923-2300, ask for Yulissa.

Bioflavonoids have been classically defined as dietary antioxidants, i.e. compounds that may protect against oxidative stress linked to inflammation and the risk of macromolecule damage by free radicals. My brand of choice is Isoflavanoids by B&A Lifestyle center at 212-923-2300, ask for Yulissa to place an order, take 4 capsules a day.

As a registered nurse when the Covid19 epidemic broke out in March a company by the name Nutrabio offered their "First Response Supplement" for free to health care professionals. I particularly liked this brand because its a one stop shop, one scoop of their powder contains, Vitamin C 3,000mg, Vitamin D 2,00IU, Zinc 30mg, NAC 600mg, Selenium 200mcg, Copper 3mg. All you have to do is mix it with water and voila, you will have a mango flavored drink, I do this as soon as I wake up, I mix it in 32oz of water with one lemon and one lime. Unfortunately is only available to first responders, but you can always call the company and try at 1-888-688-7224   M-F 9-5:30pm ET. If you are fish responder such Police Officers, Firefighters, Nurses, EMS Workers, and National Guard you can certainly access this product.
